Room Reservation Procedures: Please make your room reservations by calling (704) 364-2400. In order to obtain the group room rates, you must identify yourself as part of the NCSB group when making your reservation. Group rates should be honored 3 days before and 3 days after the dates of our workshop/conference. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm. Cancellations may result in a fee, check with the hotel when making your booking.

Parking: Complimentary parking is provided for all Hotel guests and Conference attendees.
