Workshop Learner Outcomes

1. Delineate key components of laws, rules and regulations that govern the practice of speech-language pathology and audiology.
2. Describe elements of the disciplinary process and application to the professions through participation in a mock hearing.
3. Demonstrate the process utilized for examining ethics violations as well as reporting licensure board disciplinary actions to the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB).
